We will happily work with you on exchanging item(s) in your purchase. Returns are not accepted. Sale items are non-exchangeable.

Please email us at hello@bohemiangracejewels.com within 5 days of receipt to begin your exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange,

* All items must be in new, unworn, 100% unused condition.

* Item(s) must be in the original packaging jewelry box or pouch and all tags attached.

* RMA number that we provide you via email must be included.

* Discounted / sale items are final and are not eligible for exchanges

* Bespoke/Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

* Items returned for exchange must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Once we have received your item and have inspected the returned item(s), we will notify you via email whether or not your item has been approved for an exchange.

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be prepared for shipment. If you are in a rush, please let us know at the comment box in checkout. If you’ve already completed your purchase and forgot to let us know, feel free to email us here and include your order number.

Orders processed on the Bohemian Grace website are shipped from California using standard domestic ground carriers. We are closed on weekends and all US holidays so any order placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the following working business day.

Please note, due to the COVID-19, some carriers are experiencing higher than average delivery times. We recommend allowing an additional 2-3 business days for your Bohemian Grace order to arrive.
